French Language Teacher

The institution is looking for a French teacher to work with Ukrainian students from beginner to intermediate level. The goal is to help them achieve a high level of French, which will support their integration and further education in France or other French-speaking countries.

• Start date: immediately
• Location: Klaipėda, Šiauliai and Panevėžys (Lithuania)
• Contract type: Full-time (22 hours/week) or part-time (hours negotiable)
• Salary: Negotiable based on skills
• Holidays: 40 days/year

Responsibilities

• Teaching French to children and teenagers, taking into account their needs.
• Designing interactive and engaging educational materials.
• Regular assessment of students’ progress and adjustment of lessons.
• Collaboration with the teaching team to ensure effective support for students.

Requirements for the candidate

• Degree in French language teaching, pedagogy, or equivalent.
• Teaching experience, preferably with children or teenagers.
• French level not lower than B2.
• Sensitivity to the problems of refugee students and ability to adapt to their reality.
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus but not required.
